6. Appointments, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. Repeated no-shows (three or more in a rolling year) may result in a reasonable administrative fee or membership review.
7. Medical Disclaimers
Website content, newsletters and wellness materials are for general information only and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician about your specific situation. Telehealth services require your informed consent to virtual care, including its limitations, which we obtain separately at intake.
8. Third-Party Clinicians & Labs
Clinical services are performed by independent licensed professionals and partner laboratories. We vet and coordinate these partners but do not employ every clinician; clinical judgments remain the responsibility of the treating professional.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or services: no scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, interference with site operation, impersonation, or use of our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Medical Health's total liability arising from your use of the website or services is limited to the membership fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including the professional negligence of treating clinicians.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vital Medical Health from claims arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of services, or inaccurate information you provide.
13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
